Fiesta Henderson is owned by Station Casinos, a powerhouse in the Las Vegas locals market. The casino features a southwest party theme and is located at the US 95/I 215/I 11 interchanges near downtown Henderson. With 15 table games and roughly 1,000 electronic machines, Fiesta Henderson offers some of the best gaming in the entire Las Vegas Valley.
Fiesta Henderson has a few amenities beyond gambling, including a movie theater, three full service restaurants, a food court, pool, sportsbook and arcade. It also has a small convention area.

Fuego Steakhouse is the upscale dining option at Fiesta Henderson. In addition to steak, there are pork chops, lamb chops, chicken and a large seafood menu. There are a wide variety of appetizers, soups and salads.
Café Fiesta
Café Fiesta is the 24-hour dining option at Fiesta Henderson. It offers a large breakfast menu that is available 24 hours a day. There are graveyard breakfast specials as well. Lunch options include chicken fingers, burgers, sandwiches, nachos and Asian food. The dinner menu features entrees like fish and chips, meatloaf, steak, fried chicken and liver and onions.
Festival Buffet
The buffet is open for lunch and dinner daily. The lunch price is $7.99 while dinner is $9.99. It is $4 more for those without a players card. Brunch is served on weekends and costs $9.99 for Boarding Pass members or $14.99 for other guests.
Bars and Lounges
Cerveza Cantina: This bar is located on the casino floor and includes video poker machines.
Coco Lounge: This lounge offers standard bar seating and lounge chairs with live music every Friday and Saturday.
Sports Bar: The sports bar has video poker and is conveniently located steps away from the sportsbook. Guests can see all the action from the sportsbook televisions from the comfort of the sports bar.
Fiesta Henderson Venues
Fiesta Henderson is home to a 12-screen theater that is operated by the Regal Entertainment Group. Showtimes start late in the morning and run until 11 PM.
Fiesta Henderson Hotel
Fiesta Henderson hosts 224 hotel rooms with rates starting around $50 on weeknights and $90 on weekends. This does not include the $18 per night resort fee.
There are four types of rooms at Fiesta Henderson hotel; Deluxe King, Deluxe with two queens, Premium King and Premium with two queens. The least expensive room is the Deluxe King, but for just $10 more per night guests can get the Deluxe with two queens or Premium King. For $15 more than the base rate, a Premium with two queens is offered.
All rooms are 312 square feet and come with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a television and clock radio with chargers. Rooms are available in smoking for nonsmoking. The $18 resort fee does not include tax and covers access to the pool, internet access, daily newspaper, business center access and phone calls.
